Location:  We are located at 104 Holcombe Hall, on Garland Avenue between Maple and Douglas. Click here for a map.

Office Hours:  8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Mon-Fri, year-round, closed on official university holidays.

Parking:  Please allow extra time to arrive for appointments since parking is limited.  The nearest available parking is in the metered parking lot between Silas Hunt Hall and the Administration Building (on Maple Street) or street parking to the east of Holcombe Hall.  DO NOT park in the University House parking lot behind Holcombe Hall.  This lot is reserved on a 24-hour basis, and you may be ticketed and/or towed.

Scheduling an Appointment: To schedule an appointment with an ISS Immigration Advisor, please use our online system (recommended) or call the front desk at 575-5003.  To schedule an appointment with one of our Programming Staff, please call our front desk at 575-5003. 

Online Chat:  If you have a brief, general question, you are invited to use our online chat service.  Chat is available from 12:00-1:00p.m. and 5:00-5:30p.m. most weekdays.
